70 Years Young and Still Got the Boogie

What a night at the bowls club celebrating a 70th in proper style. Big smiles, big songs, and an atmosphere that kept building all evening.

The huge screen made the night. Rolling iconic video clips had everyone singing along and pointing out favourites, then up dancing because the energy was too good to resist. A highlight was a polished “What do you know about the birthday girl?” quiz that had the whole room laughing and getting competitive in the best way.

I cranked it up with a Best Dancer competition, hyped the room and called the contenders, and the floor turned into a full showcase. To finish, a Best Dressed cheer-off decided by pure applause. Once the music kicked back in, the dance floor stayed busy and the vibe was all fun, all night.
